I really like Revolutionary Soup. I go maybe once a week and am generaly quite happy with the food. I did get a soup I did not like once but they took it back and gave me another with a smile. I highly reccomend this place.

I'm rating the Rev Soup on the Corner. Terrible. The potato leek soup looks brown (??) and like gravy. It's got a horrible bitter after taste and I'm not sure where that is coming from. The cooks SALT the butter for the grilled cheese and make it inedible. And for $2.50 I'd like more than just one slice of American cheese. Would it kill them to use a bit more crappy cheese?
The service is abominable. I watched three people in the kitchen do absolutely nothing while three of us waited for our food. This was my fifth and final try there. I will not be going back.
That said, I haven't been to the Downtown location in years but it was always very good for the years I used to go. I don't know if the service there has gone downhill recently or not.
